The energies of gratitude, compassion, forgiveness and love are powerful and healing, and a necessary antidote to today's conflict, discontent and anger. Let's practice bringing these energies of healing to our lives and the greater world.

The very first meeting of the Lamma Meditation featured a meditation entitled "Journey To the Center of the Earth". With guide Joshua, and musician Farley on gongs and Tibetan bowls. With a collective jam at the end of the meditation. From Dec 17, 2018.
This meditation is grounding, restorative and healing. Try it when you'd like to feel closer to Mother Earth, more relaxed and more grounded.
We tend to get overcharged in this world today, with so much going on, so many cares, distractions and not enough contact with nature. So take an hour and let this meditation help you get back to basics.
